On September 10, I did 45 curl ups and 23 pushups and my heart rate was 80 bpm. On October 2, I did 55 curl ups and 30 push ups and my heart rate stayed the same at 80bpm.
I improved on all my test results except my step up test. The reason I improved on my curl ups and push ups is because Ihave been doing those activities at home 5 days a week and trying my best in the classroom.
I tried my best because I wanted to see if I improved over the past month and the way I can improve my step ups is by taking the warm up seriously and by doing steps at the track and at home stepping up the stairs so I can improved my heart rate.
